A complete transformation, room by room.

This apartment at Boulevard Point, Downtown Dubai, came to us as a bare, unfinished shell — plain walls, standard developer fittings, no character. The brief was a full interior design and renovation: every room reimagined, designed in 3D, then physically delivered on site.

What follows is the actual before-and-after journey — the original condition of the apartment next to our 3D design for it. Every “after” image shown here was used as the working design reference for the physical renovation that followed.
